We are looking to strengthen our Finance and Procurement department and seeking a Revenue Officer. The role involves generating accurate and legitimate invoices, ensuring monthly revenues are reported to management, and overseeing payment monitoring. The Revenue Officer oversees specific revenue streams at Brussels Airport.

• Create and maintain customer records for timely and accurate billing.
• Test and validate contracts using contract management and various commercial managers.
• Combine, process, and verify all necessary data for accurate billing.
• Prevent late invoices and exceed customer expectations.
• Generate monthly plans to reflect current status in management reports.
• Address complaints and inquiries regarding invoices and create corresponding credit notes.
• Follow up on overdue invoices with the aim of collecting outstanding debts.
• Inform internal and external customers of the current customer status.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships using a customer-centric approach.

Experience Level: Bachelor's degree or higher through education.
