We are currently looking for a RECRUITER. As a Recruiter at SGS, you will play a key role in attracting the most talented individuals to help SGS grow.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating profiles, pitches, and job descriptions
• Leading the recruitment process from A to Z
• Searching for talented individuals and approaching them
• Setting up efficient and creative recruitment procedures
• Engaging in continuous improvement of the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency in Dutch and superior French
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Experience in the full recruitment process
• Documented online presence with at least 500+ LinkedIn connections
• Available 38 hours per week
