We are currently seeking a Quality advisor within the QSE department at CIT Blaton.

The Quality advisor reports to the Quality manager and is tasked with maintaining the quality system. He/She has a significant role in the process of digitization and continual improvement within the company. Their slogan? operational excellence!

Responsibilities:

• Help the Quality Manager develop strategies for internal growth and the implementation of digital technology. Facilitate internal and external forces that promote reflection and innovation within CIT Blaton.
• Travel to construction sites and different departments of the company in order to assess the degree to which they follow quality processes and assess the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
• Manage the internal audit cycle: lead the internal audit process, create the annual audit plan, and ensure the execution and follow-up of audits.
• Act as the Key User of digital technology and processes within the company: configure and manage digital technology employed within the company, while making sure it is effective. Oversee the quality initiatives in different departments and locations of the company, advising employees on the use of tools.

The ideal candidate has the following qualification:

• At least 1 prior professional experience that's significant.
• Having a construction company's experience is beneficial.
• Understand the difficulties associated with construction projects.
• Have the ability to sound interpersonal skills and exhibit exceptional communication.
