Job Description: Process Engineer

C-MAC Electromag specializes in the creation, production, and sale of complex electronic circuits for the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. Our world-class technology is trusted by leading companies to operate effectively under challenging conditions. In addition to our production in Ronse, we have additional divisions in Canada and the United Kingdom. Our Ronse facility currently employs approximately 190 staff members.

To expand our team, we are seeking a Process Engineer. As a process engineer, you will be the technical expert in your field. Your responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and improving High Tech assembly processes to drive continuous process enhancements. You identify defects, inefficiencies, quality issues, and yield reductions. You assist in the launch of new production processes and machinery. You advocate for the introduction of new products (samples, customer audits, etc.). You implement process improvements, increase existing resources, and assist with production issues. You directly communicate with the Process Engineering Manager.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in engineering or sciences
• Passion for technology
• Effective problem solver with a willingness to take responsibility
• Team-oriented with the ability to act independently
• Flexible with good communication skills
• Proficiency in practical aspects of Dutch, French, and English
• Occasional international travel may be required
