Total Reward Specialist (Payroll Specialist) at IKEA Belgium

Your tasks will include:

• Working with the company's database programs to optimize and process payroll.
• Managing payroll from A to Z to meet deadlines.
• Preparing reports relevant to the company's budget and expenses.
• Maintaining a personnel database regarding salaries.
• Preparing reports specific to the community of expertise.
• Supporting the organization.

In this role, you will lead the payroll of a store that's part of the community of expertise, creating a support system for payroll and serving as the first line of contact with Store Unit P&C Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Solid knowledge of the Belgian Social Code of Law.
• Hands-on approach and teamwork skills.
• Passion for people and businesses, and ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and basic English.
