Job Description: Total Reward Specialist (Payroll Specialist) at IKEA Belgium

Your tasks include:

• Optimize and process payroll using the company's database programs.
• Manage payroll from A to Z to meet deadlines.
• Prepare relevant reports for the company's budget and expenses.
• Maintain a personnel database regarding salaries.
• Prepare specific reports for the community of expertise.
• Support the organization in HR management.
• Be the first line of contact with stakeholders regarding employment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of Payroll experience, preferably in a large organization.
• Solid knowledge of the Belgian Social Code of Law.
• Hands-on approach and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Passion for people and businesses in an evolving, international environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch, basic English proficiency.
