Job Description: Payroll Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll officer with passion for the artisanal food sector, located in the heart of Brussels. This internationally recognized family business was the first to lead the way in the crafting, production, and distribution of homemade delights all over the world.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the data about payroll and benefits in an efficient manner.
• Ensure the documentation of compensation and social benefits is accurate.
• Inform staff of internal rules and regulations.
• Participate in the creation of Payroll HR policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll Administration or another similar field.
• Fluent in French, Dutch or English.
• At least two years of experience in the Payroll Department or Payroll Consulting.
• Proactive, open-minded partner with a collaborative spirit and a keen analytical acumen.
