Job Description: Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an expert payroll advisor for a consulting partner who is located in Brussels. This company, with a European heritage, values a family-oriented and customizable work environment for all its employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payrolls for international clients
  • Provide guidance on payroll and social legislation
  • Optimize payroll processes and implement HR management tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll with international scope
  • Proficiency in English, and skills in French/Dutch and German are an advantage
