Job Description: Payroll Officer

Our client, a significant player in the retail sector, is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team in Antwerp. This company is based in Belgium, operates in 10 languages across Belgium, and has various branches in France and Luxembourg.

• You will be part of an HR team of 15 individuals, including 3 direct colleagues, collectively responsible for personnel administration.
• You will handle monthly payroll administration in collaboration with Sd Worx.
• Manage HR tasks such as insurance follow-up, affiliations, etc.
• Ensure personnel files are up to date and act as a point of contact for internal colleagues on HR matters.
• Optimize processes and stay informed on the latest social legislation regarding monthly remuneration.
