The Lorraine Bakery Company (LLBC) is a 100% Canadian-owned company with over 80 years of experience in the bakery and milling industry. We are currently looking for a Packaging Information Manager to manage and maintain all information related to packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all packaging information for the LLBG organization
• Review technical and quality-related documents from packaging suppliers for authenticity and completeness
• Ensure all packaging data is up-to-date
• Sanction packaging supplier information according to customer specifications and relevant regulations
• Interpret national and international regulations regarding packaging
• Provide accurate information to external customers and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with specialists and the purchasing department

Requirements:

• Proven experience in packaging materials or related fields
• Analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools/software (MS Office, SAP)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Good knowledge of English
