Your tasks will include:

• Ensure the proper execution of your team's assignments
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer
• Train your team and manage their efforts
• Plan your team's schedule and follow safety regulations

Your skills:

• Reside in the Antwerp, Mechelen, Turnhout, or Heist area of the Berg region
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word
• Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Minimal experience with cleaning methods (a plus)
• Customer-oriented and versatile
