Job description:

As a transport service provider, we aim to play a significant role in the field of mobility and form an essential connection with the economic sector. Your tasks include:

• Ensure the safety of passengers and colleagues at the station
• Communicate with passengers and colleagues
• Assist passengers with limited mobility, visual impairments, elderly, and others
• Ensure safe boarding and correct train segment placement
• Handle emergency situations and develop alternative transportation plans
• Provide timely and accurate information to passengers
• Supervise train operations for safety
• Complete incident reports

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Consistency, attention to detail, decisiveness
• Fluency in French and good communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Residence in specified municipalities for quick access to work

Location:

You will assist passengers at stations in the Brussels region, such as North, Central, South, Schuman, Luxembourg, and Halle, based on operational needs and your residence.

Note: Living in another station in the Brussels-Capital Region may be required.
