Your tasks:

1. Participate in human resources projects for clients in various sectors.
2. Build long-lasting relationships with clients based on strong advice, honesty, and quality.
3. Take full responsibility for recruitment initiatives.
4. Assist clients in strategic recruitment and employer branding.
5. Provide career guidance to candidates.
6. Evaluate potential candidates through interviews and assessments.
7. Expand your capabilities as a professional in Human Resources.
8. Enhance your HR expertise and career opportunities.

Requirements:

• Higher education and three years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English and/or French.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Passion for making a difference for clients.
