Stadsbader company originated in 1946 in Harelbeke as a family business. The management is now led by the third generation Dominique Valcke. The acquisitions of Deckx AO and Deckx EM in Dessel (2009), Van Maercke Prefab in Kluisbergen (2014) and BAM Contractors (2022) were significant in terms of increasing specialization and strengthening the market position. Today, the group is still involved in about 250 construction projects in Belgium and the surrounding countries. In the Antwerp region, we want to strengthen the current team with a large/challenging project around infrastructure, in the Harelbeke region, we want to expand the current team with, for example, a road maintenance department.

As a Project Administration Assistant, you are responsible for overseeing the administrative management within the project department as a whole. You support project and site managers with administrative tasks, create quotes, prepare progress reports and invoices, check incoming invoices, and more. You report to the project manager and/or department manager. Administratively, you are strong. Ideally, you have a master's degree in public administration or a similar diploma through experience or study. You have a lot of patience and a tendency to communicate. You have numerical knowledge to accurately draw up statements about progress and use revision formulas, process settlements, and updates. You can easily use MS Office apps. You are fluent in Dutch and French. Antwerp or Harelbeke Region. Ultimately, you will form a dynamic team in a professional environment and possess a strong background.
