Job Description: Maintenance Supervisor

The U.S. embassy in Brussels is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the Facility Management department. The job holder is the Office Building Maintenance Team (OBMT) leader and possesses full authority over a 6 member maintenance team, including two electricians, one building mechanic, two heating and cooling technicians and two trades helpers.

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: A secondary school diploma and a technical training in one of the field (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician).
• EXPERIENCE: 3 years of experience in a specific field of specialized trade (electrician, building mechanic or heating and cooling technician).
• LANGUAGE: Adequate knowledge of the Dutch or French language. Adequate knowledge of English that is working.
