About the Position

The Supply Chain Food platform at Colruyt ensures that over 600 stores have access to food supplies daily. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will lead projects focused on optimizing and innovating the logistics of the platform. Your role will involve working closely with a team of experts to enhance the logistical processes within the platform.

• Lead and participate in projects to optimize and innovate the logistics of the Supply Chain Food platform.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on Mainframe development.
• Collaborate with a team of experts including project managers, architects, analysts, and software engineers.

Your responsibilities will include programming on the Mainframe, coordinating tasks with Mainframe software developers, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality.

Requirements

• Experience in software development and project leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Mainframe development and a strong desire to continue learning.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver high-quality results.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Language proficiency in Dutch, English, and knowledge of French is advantageous.
