This vacancy aims to strengthen our team for projects in the Antwerp-Brussels-Hasselt region. As a leading contractor responsible for lead engineering (M/F/Non-binary), expertise in identifying defects, analyzing them, and developing remediation plans are also part of the tasks. Projects cover various disciplines, including tasks related to structural concrete, steel, and wooden structures for various architectural and artistic purposes. Complex software is used for various audits and inspections. The process usually involves a combination of office and fieldwork on an independent basis, including preparing quotes and establishing commercial contact with clients.

You should have a master's degree in the construction sector, for example, a master's degree in civil engineering (Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering). You should have several years of relevant work experience within a stability bureau or a study department of a major contractor/developer. You should have an understanding of the structural composition of a building and knowledge of software used for structural calculations, BIM. Knowledge of Geotechnics and experience in bidding on public projects are advantageous. Proficiency in Dutch and a good understanding of both French and English are required.
