Job Description:

Robert Half is currently looking for a Junior Systems Engineer for a client in Ranst. Our client is regularly involved in the food industry. The tasks of this position include:

• You ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and expansion of the ICT systems in the company, with a focus on the necessary uptime for production.
• You stay informed about the latest technology and developments and make proposals to the ICT Manager when necessary.
• You have a strong focus on the security of the ICT systems.
• You are jointly responsible for the maintenance of the CMDB and monitoring tools.
• You provide support to internal colleagues.
• You log issues and notifications in the ITSM tool.
• You are jointly responsible for the maintenance of the CMDB and monitoring tools.

Qualifications:

• You have followed an IT education or have gained initial experience in a similar role.
• You have knowledge of the Windows operating system, Active Directory, and Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, backup, and monitoring).
• You have experience with virtualization, networks (Wi-Fi, LAN, VLAN, and roaming), firewalls, and Aruba Central.
• You are interested in the production of goods and processes and have a need for ICT.
