Job Description:

Colruyt Group is looking for a young Project Manager to join their IT Security Service Center. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, tasks, resources, and budget.
• Supervise resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing timely project updates.
• Lead or support project teams, delegate tasks, monitor performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Develop and implement quality management strategies to meet desired standards.
• Effectively communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders.

Profile Requirements:

• (Young) High Potential: Ambitious and eager to learn and contribute to the IT Security Strategy.
• Knowledge and Experience: Basic IT Project Management skills (Waterfall or Agile) and a passion for technology.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Focused on delivering results within scope, time, and budget.
• Team Player: Thrives on teamwork and understands end-user and team perspectives.
• Analytical Insight: Problem solver with a focus on efficiency and simplicity in processes.
• Stakeholder and Change Management: Proficient in engaging with stakeholders, evaluating progress, and managing change effectively.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Location: Reside in Halle, with the ability to work 2 days per week remotely or in regional offices.
