Job Description: Junior Compliance Officer

Grand Casino Brussels is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior compliance officer to strengthen its team.

The ideal candidate will assist the chief compliance officer in ensuring ethical and compliant operations within the casino industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in implementing and enforcing relevant programs and procedures.
• Aiding in internal audits and controls to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in managing KYC and AML processes.
• Investigating and reporting suspicious activities to management.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure legal and internal compliance.
• Providing training on compliance issues and promoting a culture of compliance.
• Establishing and maintaining standards to measure policy effectiveness.
• Communicating compliance status to management.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Belgian regulations in the casino industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously.
• Desire to learn and grow in the compliance field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
