Your Tasks:

• Creating detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, tasks, resources, timeframe, and budget.
• Ensuring successful project completion by supervising resources.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and issues that may negatively affect project success.
• Engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating project status.
• Leading project teams, managing their tasks, resolving conflicts, and maintaining team enthusiasm and goals.
• Developing and implementing quality management strategies to ensure results meet desired standards.

Profile Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum five years of Project Management experience and basic knowledge of PMBoK, Agile, or Prince2.
• Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of bringing people together to successfully complete projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and focus on simple and efficient processes.
• Stakeholder management and change management expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
