Job Description: Lifting Equipment Inspector

In our pursuit of further growth, we are looking for a Lifting Equipment Inspector (possible regions include various).

Your role:

You contribute to the safety of lifting equipment. You perform formal audits and personally monitor the safety of the client and its employees. Some of your responsibilities include:

• "Knowledge is Key", after a half-day training at the headquarters, you assist the senior inspector in translating your new knowledge into reality. Once your training period is over, you are ready to work independently. You consistently travel from your home to various clients in your region. Even if the equipment does not pass inspection, you can easily communicate this to the customer. After your last customer visit of the day, you head home and contemplate how to convert the reported information into actionable insights.
• You communicate directly with the team manager of Flanders. You have monthly conversations with him to assess your progress.

Requirements:

• Educational background in Mechanics / Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
• Ideally, first-hand knowledge of maintenance and construction of lifting equipment.
• Strong team player, open to new ideas, and values the contributions of others.
• Practical mindset with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Driven, eager to grow in your career and take control of your destiny.
