Job Description:

As an ICT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall ICT infrastructure within our team across Belgium, the Netherlands, and external offices. You will serve as a dynamic link between the ICT team and various departments to ensure effective integration of new and existing colleagues in the field of ICT. Your tasks will include connecting and standardizing processes with a focus on digitalization and improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent operation of ICT infrastructure
• Integrate new and existing colleagues into ICT field effectively
• Standardize and digitalize processes for improvement
• Support internal IT resources
• Manage client and server setup and maintenance
• Expand and maintain internal application store as needed
• Initiate initiatives for ICT improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science
• Relevant experience in the field
• Passion for products and processes
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Veeam
• Familiarity with modern security technologies
• Ability to work in a rotational system
• Effective communication skills
