Your Responsibilities:

• Translate the company's strategy into specific safety and health policies
• Provide documented and relevant advice where needed
• Initiate programs and projects to monitor and comply with safety and health regulations
• Develop policies, procedures, and training to ensure employees are aware of safety and health standards
• Stay updated on legislation and participate in safety, health, and environmental meetings
• Coordinate activities according to business priorities and quality objectives
• Guide and train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Relevant master's degree in the industry and a second-degree Prevention Advisor level 1 (Belgium)
• Around 7 years of experience in a similar role, with 3 years in a leadership position
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Practical, hands-on approach to work
• Ability to drive change, inspire people, and make a convincing impact
• Proficient in Dutch and English; basic knowledge of French
