Job description:

They are looking for you to join the Human Resources department, responsible for ensuring the happiness of about 80 employees daily! Your role involves accurate and timely administration of personnel and payroll for both employees and contractors. You will work closely with the social department to achieve this. Your high-quality data entry into the HR information system (Payroll, GPS, SuccessFactors) allows you to create quality quarterly reports on employee absenteeism, payroll costs, etc. You will also handle administrative responsibilities such as drafting contracts, inspecting documents related to social insurances, and managing group insurances. You will contribute to improving their processes in terms of remuneration and benefits, initiating ideas and participating in initiatives to streamline operations. As the primary contact for the latest legal developments in society, you will keep yourself informed and ensure your colleagues are updated. You will collaborate with the finance department to convert personnel costs into a budget. In addition to your primary tasks, you will also be involved in other HR initiatives such as supporting social elections. You will report to the HR Director B/NL.

Profile:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration for both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
  • Your extensive knowledge of Belgian laws and regulations enhances your professional career and helps you understand the fundamental principles of Belgian culture.
  • You are proficient in Excel, allowing you to manage complex personnel information effortlessly.
  • You have developed a useful foundation in other HR tools.
  • Your business-oriented and results-driven mentality makes you an essential part of their team, always striving to have the greatest impact on all parties involved.
  • Your ability to prioritize and strong problem-solving skills contribute to your professionalism.
  • You are a decisive individual skilled at seeing things through, even in challenging situations.
