Job Description: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our partner, an accomplished electronic merchant located in the popular Brussels district. As the manager of human resources, you will lead a variety of strategic initiatives regarding human resources, collaborate closely with the department head to promote organizational excellence and employee empowerment, and drive the performance of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with the department head
• Provide guidance on human resources
• Engage in discussions with the local labor union

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field
• Fluent in French and Dutch
• At least two years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP
• Effective leadership and conflict resolution skills
