Job Description: HR Director

Pleegzorg Oost-Vlaanderen is looking for a passionate HR director to join our dynamic team. As the HR director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing our personnel policy in line with our core values of diversity, inclusivity, care, solidarity, and respect.

Your main tasks will include:

• Leading the HR department and personnel administration
• Collaborating with the management team on strategic planning
• Monitoring HR principles and figures to shape HR policies
• Efficiently managing financial resources related to HR costs
• Overseeing payroll and driving HR process digitization
• Developing and implementing competency policies
• Ensuring legal compliance in all HR matters
