Job description: HR Business Partner in Mechelen

In Mechelen, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join and lead a dynamic group. The company is seeking an adventurous individual with a passion for driving and exploring. The company has its headquarters in Mechelen and additional offices in Kempen and Limburg, responsible for daily human resources services, knowledge of French and Dutch languages, and a company car.

Responsibilities:

• Central point of contact for personnel-related issues in the assigned area
• Link between HR and business operations
• Collaborate with the Social Secretariat of the relevant region
• Work closely with the regional director as a daily contact for the local management team
• Training local officials on HR topics affecting business operations
• Organizing annual HR processes such as evaluations, performance reviews, salary cycles, and bonuses

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Fast at building trust relationships
• Flexibility to work in various locations within the assigned territory and partly at the headquarters in Mechelen
• More than 5 years of experience in HR areas
• Team player
• Excellent knowledge of French language
• Technically savvy with Office applications
