In Duffel, a forward-thinking multinational company is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen, lead, and help grow the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR policy and Talent Management in a multinational business context with a vision for further growth and sustainability.
  • Stay updated on the latest information in HR, trends, and advancements. Contribute to both concept and strategy.
  • Communicate proficiently in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Participate in HR policy with a strong focus on Talent Management at the beginning.
  • Act as a point of contact for both managers and employees, offering solutions to various HR-related issues.
  • Initiate preparations for future challenges within the organization, teams, and employees.
  • Coordinate or participate in various HR projects.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the organization and its objectives within 90 days.
  • Build strong relationships with both managers and employees.
  • Implement HR initiatives and observe their initial effects.
  • Address several HR-related issues and implement solutions that promote and facilitate company growth.
  • Assume full responsibility for HR policy and Talent Management within your business unit after one year of employment.
  • Become a crucial strategic partner for the company, providing valuable and appreciated advice.
  • Execute innovative HR projects with a positive impact on the organization.
  • Discuss career advancement in HR with the HR Manager.
