In Duffel, a forward-thinking multinational company is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen, lead, and help grow the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR policy and Talent Management in a multinational business context with a vision for further growth and sustainability.
- Stay updated on the latest information in HR, trends, and advancements. Contribute to both concept and strategy.
- Communicate proficiently in Dutch, French, and English.
- Participate in HR policy with a strong focus on Talent Management at the beginning.
- Act as a point of contact for both managers and employees, offering solutions to various HR-related issues.
- Initiate preparations for future challenges within the organization, teams, and employees.
- Coordinate or participate in various HR projects.
- Develop a solid understanding of the organization and its objectives within 90 days.
- Build strong relationships with both managers and employees.
- Implement HR initiatives and observe their initial effects.
- Address several HR-related issues and implement solutions that promote and facilitate company growth.
- Assume full responsibility for HR policy and Talent Management within your business unit after one year of employment.
- Become a crucial strategic partner for the company, providing valuable and appreciated advice.
- Execute innovative HR projects with a positive impact on the organization.
- Discuss career advancement in HR with the HR Manager.
