Job description: HR Business Partner

In Duffel, a company that is progressive on a multinational level is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen, lead, and help grow the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR policy and Talent Management in the business context: Multinational company with a vision for further growth and a focus on sustainability.
  • Stay informed about the latest information in the HR field, trends, and progress.
  • Contribute to both the concept and the strategy.
  • Communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Participate in HR policy at the beginning with a strong focus on Talent Management.
  • Act as a point of contact for both managers and employees, providing solutions to various HR-related issues.
  • Take initiative to prepare the organization, teams, and employees for upcoming challenges.
  • Coordinate or participate in various HR projects.
  • After 90 days, have a basic understanding of the organization and its objectives.
  • Establish a strong bond with both managers and employees.
  • Initiate some HR initiatives and observe the initial effects of your initiatives.
  • Address various human resources issues and implement solutions that promote and facilitate company growth.
  • After one year, be fully responsible for HR policy and Talent Management in your business units.
  • Become a crucial strategic partner for the company, with your advice regularly sought after and valued.
  • Have you implemented innovative HR projects that have a positive impact on the organization?
  • Discuss additional steps towards a career in HR with the HR Manager.
