Job Description: HR Business Partner

In Duffel, a company that is progressive on a multinational level is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen, lead, and help grow the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for HR policies and Talent Management in the corporate context of a multinational company focusing on further growth and sustainability.
• Stay informed about the latest information in HR, trends, and advancements.
• Participate in HR policy-making with a strong emphasis on Talent Management.
• Act as a point of contact for both managers and employees, providing solutions to various HR-related issues.
• Initiate preparations for upcoming challenges within the organization, teams, and employees.
• Coordinate or participate in various HR projects.

After 90 days, you should have a basic understanding of the organization and its objectives, establish strong relationships with managers and employees, and have initiated HR initiatives.

After a year, you will be fully responsible for HR policies and Talent Management in your business units, becoming a crucial strategic partner for the company, leading innovative HR projects, and discussing further career steps in HR with the HR Manager.
