Our stores in Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels are known for their brilliance. Together with your HR Business Partner colleague, you will lead and advise our area managers in the HR field. As an authorized representative of the HR department, you and the team responsible for personnel matters contribute directly to the company's success.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be the on-site HR guru for our district managers and executives, always discreet and accurate in handling information and possessing a great eagerness to learn.
  • Everyone should be aware of the importance of a strong workforce; therefore, you advise and support aspects including: absenteeism and re-entry, labor law issues, performance and human performance management, dismissal cases and exit interviews, fraud as a means to sparring with the district managers in your delegated region.
  • You are often found in the stores, where you can engage in conversations with the district managers and their store managers.
  • With your leadership qualities, you inspire and elevate our area managers to a higher level where collaboration and positive results emerge.

Having previous retail experience is more effective. You are positive, eager to learn, and customer-oriented. Additionally, you are discreet and communicative. Prioritizing comes naturally to you, and you thrive in an environment that requires quick action. Your mentality is 'can do', and you exemplify what it means to take ownership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent through experience)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the soft area of human resources
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments, specializing in project-based work, and accepting people's changes
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Perfect bilingualism in French and Dutch
