Legal & Regulatory Head of Regulations and Charges
- Establish aviation fees and consult on fees alongside the overall development plan of Brussels Airport.
- Create methods and strategies to maximize revenue, including risks, opportunities, and market conformity.
- Participate in cross-departmental processes and engage with airlines on annual PRM fees and aviation-specific capital expenditures.
- Oversee all business obligations per the operating license and regulations, including liaising with DGLV, monitoring investments and development, and ensuring license compliance.
- Manage airport enterprise at Brussels, including procedure selection, contract management, audit follow-up, and overall ground handling implications.
- Allocate resources, monitor ground handling revenues, and report on related revenues connected with DGLV.
Aviation Policy
- Implement EU regulations, Belgian decisions, and build networks with airports, airlines, and government bodies.
Minimum requirement: Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, airport business economics, aviation tariffs, regulations (economic regulation and others), and project management.
Deep knowledge of aviation, aviation processes, and airport experience managing complex projects and processes within a strategic framework.
