Job Description:

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently seeking a (senior) financial controller for a permanent position in Brussels. Our client is a fast-growing company that is active in the insurance sector. As a (senior) financial controller, you will be responsible for:

• Becoming part of the team mentioned above, which includes two accountants, one financial expert, one financial controller, and one CFO (who also has human resources, BTT, and procurement).
• Reporting to the CFO (member of the executive committee).
• Demonstrating analytical skills, a high degree of independence, and a critical approach towards the issues.
• Presenting your opinion both in writing and orally in front of different types of audiences.
• Being solution-driven, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Delivering qualitative work with respect to deadlines.
• Being amicable with a sense of team spirit and trustworthiness.
• Handling more complex subjects.
