Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently seeking a (senior) financial controller for a permanent position in Brussels. Our client is a fast-growing company in the insurance sector.

As a (senior) financial controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming part of a team consisting of two accountants, one financial expert, one financial controller, and one CFO who also oversees human resources, BTT, and procurement.
• Reporting to the CFO, who is a member of the executive committee.
• Demonstrating analytical skills, independence, and a critical approach to issues.
• Effectively presenting opinions in writing and orally to different audiences.
• Being solution-driven, result-driven, and capable of independent work.
• Delivering quality work with adherence to deadlines.
