Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact with customers
• Manage a portfolio of customers
• Ensure timely delivery of products
• Address customer concerns and propose solutions
• Coordinate with other departments
• Develop close relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercialomology
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Methodical and analytical approach
• Solution-oriented and dedicated
• Positive assertiveness and commercial mindset
• Proficient in English and Dutch, French is a plus
