At Barry Callebaut, we're a leading producer in the chocolate and cocoa industry, dedicated to sustainability and innovation.
We are currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact with Barry Callebaut for a specific portfolio of customers
- Commercialize products efficiently and address customer concerns
- Coordinate product orders, pricing, and timely delivery
- Make necessary alterations or propose alternatives if agreements are unsuccessful
- Collaborate with other departments to uphold customer agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercialomology
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
- Exceptional customer service skills with an analytical approach
- Solution-oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French
Additional Information:
You will report to the Customer Care Manager of Belgium. Flexibility, stress resistance, and a commercial mindset are essential for this role.
