At Barry Callebaut, we're a leading producer in the chocolate and cocoa industry, dedicated to sustainability and innovation.

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to join our team in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact with Barry Callebaut for a specific portfolio of customers
  • Commercialize products efficiently and address customer concerns
  • Coordinate product orders, pricing, and timely delivery
  • Make necessary alterations or propose alternatives if agreements are unsuccessful
  • Collaborate with other departments to uphold customer agreements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercialomology
  • Around 3 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an analytical approach
  • Solution-oriented and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and French

Additional Information:

You will report to the Customer Care Manager of Belgium. Flexibility, stress resistance, and a commercial mindset are essential for this role.
