Job Description:

At Barry Callebaut, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our team. As the primary point of contact with our customers, you will be responsible for managing a specific portfolio of clients. Your role will include commercializing our products efficiently, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring timely delivery at the right price. You will work closely with other departments to uphold customer agreements and provide exceptional service.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, a methodical and analytical approach to your work, and a dedication to continuous improvement. You should be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Proficiency in English and Dutch, with knowledge of French, is required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in commercialomology
  • Around 3 years of experience in a similar customer care role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Methodical and analytical approach to work
  • Solution-oriented and dedicated to improvement
  • Positive assertiveness and commercial mindset
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate openly
