Your Tasks:

• Monitor outstanding accounts and overdue invoices
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments
• Create new customers in ERP system and ensure data quality
• Handle reminders and coordinate with external legal counsel
• Request credit lines from Creditsafe and Atradius
• Log customer complaints and follow up with sales and logistics departments
• Perform various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch and French, with a good understanding of English
• Experience ratio of 2:1 from D2 to F2 level
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office Excel and SAP
• Strong communication skills, creativity, dynamism, initiative, and proactiveness
