Job Title: Operational Leader

As an Operational Leader at Colruyt Technical Services, you will play a key role in translating information into meaningful insights to contribute to revenue generation. You will provide targeted guidance to the management team and board members based on your analyses and findings.

Responsibilities:

• Create an integrated process to monitor the performance of a specific unit
• Ensure effective deployment of decisions, actions, and financial processes leading to the desired results
• Consolidate analyses and findings into clear and targeted reports
• Promote unconventional approaches and actively work on improving operational benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, science, or engineering
• Prior experience in a similar role with proficiency in system analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Language proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
• Residence in Halle with the option to work remotely two days a week or at regional offices
