BIM Coordinator - Cargo & Landside Brussels Airport Company VT Brussels

Position: BIM Manager for the region of Cargo and Landside

Your Tasks:

• Connect different internal departments with BIM modelers
• Develop, establish, and maintain information about assets throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize and guide the permit application, land registration, property analysis, and building numbering within the company
• Act as a point of contact for queries regarding both internal and external properties
• Lead a team of 2 to 4 people managing BIM models
• Inspire, encourage, and unite the team towards a shared dream and goal

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in a supervisory role in an operational technical environment
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit
• Proficient in Dutch and French, with effective English writing skills
