Job description: Electric Testing Engineer

Your role at NMBS:

• Perform electrical assessments on car engines, covering both low and high voltage.
• Identify faults and propose solutions.
• Discuss findings of conducted tests.
• Propose solutions to tackle challenging situations.
• Configure switches and prepare engines.
• Assist with electrical connection and disconnection of trains as well as assembly and disassembly of electrical components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, electricity, or electronics (or equivalent).
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00).

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of electricity, low and high voltage.
• Experience in working with electrical and pneumatic systems.
