Job Description: Field Manager for Auditors

SGS is recognized as the leading company in inspection, verification, testing and certification. We are currently seeking a Field Manager for the auditors to enhance our division of knowledge.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact for professional and personal matters.
2. Constantly monitor and achieve the operational Global KPIs associated with the auditors.
3. Onboard, train, mentor and coach newly hired auditors for effective auditing.
4. Coach auditors to ensure effectiveness, knowledge enhancement, and job satisfaction.
5. Inspire, counsel, and develop the abilities/soft skills of each team member.
6. Offer solutions to operational issues and develop performance reports.
