Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve cognitive tools, processes, and conversations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate various data sources to understand needs and identify new discussion topics.
• Utilize available LLM from vendors to enhance effectiveness.
• Coordinate the implementation of AI-based solutions with our specialized partner.
• Manage projects to define and describe requests and necessary developments.
• Participate in organizing workshops and communicate with different departments and technical teams.
• Study solution behaviors and results for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Curiosity and interest in machine learning models.
• Degree in mathematics, science, statistics, or economics.
• Proficiency in Dutch and French (spoken and written).
• Ability to process and analyze information using common software.
