• Administrative responsibilities for the certification process
• Planning future audits
• Managing auditor schedules
• Informing clients of audit procedures
• Preparing audit packages
• Handling invoices and payments

Responsibilities:

1. Categorizing personal activities according to priority
2. Purchasing office supplies
3. Managing certification processes
4. Maintaining accuracy and completeness of operational information
5. Improving quality control aspects and administrative processes
6. Achieving desired output in the field of auditing

Our ideal colleague:

• Higher education in commercial or administrative fields, languages
• Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, fluent in Dutch, French, English
• Experience in handling complaints and strong numerical skills
• Effective social and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team
