Job Title: Accounting and Treasury Manager

Primary Duties:

1. Management of PNL and BALANCE SHEET accounts
2. Closing the local market according to HUB principles
3. Overseeing profit split process and coordinating with fiscal team
4. Automating accounting processes in collaboration with the group's OFI
5. Implementing controls for treasury flows and optimizing cash movement
6. Assisting local organizations with partner payments and invoice management
7. Actively managing finances and optimizing currency transactions
8. Developing solutions to automate manual processes

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related field
• Experience with European taxation, specifically VAT
• Project management skills in accounting
• Understanding of the digital sector
• Experience with treasury and currency operations
• Initiative, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
